Cancellation / Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service request within 24 hours of placing the order without any charge. Cancellation after project commencement will be subject to partial charges based on work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

• If the project has not started: Full refund within 7 business days
• If the project is 25% complete: 75% refund of the total amount
• If the project is 50% complete: 50% refund
• If the project is more than 75% complete: No refund

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered or activated:

• Domain registration fees
• Web hosting charges (once activated)
• SSL certificates
• Third-party software licenses
• Completed and delivered design files

4. Refund Process
