Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review the cancellation and refund conditions below before placing an order. When contacting Birm Infotech about an order, include its reference and the service involved.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service request within 24 hours of placing the order without any charge. Cancellation after project commencement will be subject to partial charges based on work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

If the project has not started: Full refund within 7 business days
If the project is 25% complete: 75% refund of the total amount
If the project is 50% complete: 50% refund
If the project is more than 75% complete: No refund

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered or activated:

Domain registration fees
Web hosting charges (once activated)
SSL certificates
Third-party software licenses
Completed and delivered design files

4. Refund Process
